Cannot recommend Medbelle enough from the start to finish the service and care was and has been impeccable. The information and reassurance they gave me about the procedure was exactly why I chose them. I had the absolute pleasure to have Talitha throughout mine and she was truly wonderful. No question went unanswered or explained, nothing was too much trouble. It’s a big decision to go through with a procedure of any kind and when you get someone that truly shows care for people and what they are doing and not just looking for a quick booking/sale, it really does mean the world. I approached several private Hospitals about having a knee replacement, some never replied, others all I got was what could only be described as a receptionist who could quote from a leaflet. However, with Medbelle I received a call back from Dan explaining the options, procedures etc. without pushing me for a quick decision or pressuring me into committing myself. This included a recommendation on the surgeon, Mr Trikha in this case and the hospital to attend. Whilst the New Victoria Hospital is the other side of London to where I live I felt that the interest shown in my case by Medbelle staff justified me taking it further. Whilst Mr Trikha is a man of few words after meeting him he did give me the confidence that this was the correct path to take. Medbelle made all the arrangements for my Operation including getting to the Hospital and other journeys I needed to make and the whole process went smoothly. As far as my stay in Hospital was concerned I was treated with respect and nothing seemed beyond the scope of the Nursing staff, Clinicians and Physio staff. Whilst I was in Hospital several people asked me why I had come such a distance to be treated here, well this is why and I am thankful that I did.

The Medbelle team went out there way to make sure I was happy and comfortable going into the procedure and even more help post op! Shout out to Cameron too been a great help from start to finish he even bought me a birthday present.

When I was looking at options to have knee surgery I came across medbelle,after the initial contact I was contacted by Julia moss-pearson who has been fantastic and guided and supported me from start to finish. It was through Julia and medbelle that I found the surgeon Mr Dean Michael who carried out my procedure. The price of the treatment was made clear from the outset and was broken down to let me know exactly what it entailed. I would highly recommend medbelle, Julia and surgeon Mr Dean Michael.

I recently had a labiaplasty at medbelle Chester! Couldnt have asked for a better team of people to help me through my journey! Steffie kept in contact with me through the whole process from start to finish and went above and beyond to makesure I knew what I was informed about my procedure ! Anca Brehana was a wonderful surgeon, from making me feel at ease at the consultation to making sure the treatment was right for me. I can honestly say from start to finish my experience has been spot on. David from medbelle has been there from the very first phone call he’s answered all my questions when I’ve had them any time day or night. He helped me choose my surgeon mr Akhtar who I can honestly say is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He made me feel so comfortable and has has done a fantastic job. I’m currently on day 10 of my breast implant removal and exchange. Thankyou David at medbelle for making the whole experience a good one. When I’m ready for them changing again I’ll definitely go back I just hope David and mr Akhtar are still about then!!

I'd been thinking about having this treatment for years and finally decided to take the leap. I picked 3 surgeons but I decided to go with Medbelle because Georgia made me feel relaxed and she was really friendly. Georgia also checked up on me on a regular basis and she'd get back to me promptly if I had any questions to put my mind at ease. I chose Mr Topping for my surgery because he was calm and reassuring. He discussed the pros and cons and what could realistically be achieved. He also wanted to keep me in overnight to ensure there was no issues. Subsequently, this increased my trust in Mr Topping. Its been 7 weeks since my surgery and I'm really pleased with outcome and there's not a bag insight. I am still healing tho as my left upper eyelid is slightly higher than my right. However, I'm told this should sort itself out overtime. I would definitely recommend the Medbelle Clinic and Mr Topping for your surgery.

I'm very pleased with Medbelle, particularly Stefie who supported me, pre and post breast reduction. It was important for me to use Medbelle because I did not know anyone in person who had, had a breast reduction. So Medbelle took the care and consideration to find me a qualified surgeon, so most importantly they kept me in safe hands. To top it all I'm delight with my results, and post care.

Medbelle, very competent and professional. There were no surprises, everything went smoothly as stated on the care package. They managed to get me a very very experienced and skilled consultant Dr. Britto, who did an excellent job. I have come to expect nothing less than excellent with Medbelle. I was pretty nervous about the decision to move forward and Sarah was so patient and supportive and told me to take all the time I needed. After many conversation with Sarah, I was ready to take the next step. When I went to my consultation I felt so prepared because Sarah had talked me through everything important over the phone. And the surgeon was just excellent. He was a member of BAAPS and BAPRAS and had over 15 years experience. He was patient and caring and after 20 years of thinking about treatment I finally felt confident and ready to go for it. Treatment is booked in for November and I couldn’t be happier. I agreed to have a consultation with Dr. Sojitra as recommended by Sarah at MedBelle. She told me that Dr. Sojitra was warm, and friendly and would put my mind at ease about the whole procedure and she couldn’t have been more right. I was practically beaming after my consultation. Dr Sojitra was amazing. He made me feel like I could ask him anything. He answered all of my questions, made me feel completely at ease and by the end we were joking and laughing. I would have had my treatment there and then if he had let me. But instead we booked it in for his next available date which is four weeks away. I can’t wait!
