Mr Robert Marston has 25 years’ experience as an Expert Witness. He has a special interest in lower limb orthopaedics and trauma, particularly hip and knee arthroplasty.
The majority of Mr Marston’s medico-legal work is for NHS Resolution and Medical Defence bodies dealing with alleged clinical negligence. He also takes on selected personal injury cases, with the exception of ‘whiplash’.
Mr Marston performs a detailed review of notes and imaging. His reports are written in plain English and he provides an opinion that is as unequivocal as the medical evidence allows. All reports are produced for the benefit of the court.
Mr Marston offers review of enquiries from Solicitors to give a pro bono opinion on breach of duty and causation.
