Ted Garway-Heath is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at Moorfields Eye Hospital and Research Lead for Glaucoma in the NIHR Biomedical Research Centre for Ophthalmology. He is Honorary Visiting Professor at City University, Honorary Senior Lecturer at University College London, and Principal Investigator for a major UK multicentre treatment study for Glaucoma. His main research interests are measuring visual function, optic nerve head and retinal imaging, early glaucoma detection, and the application of new technologies to diagnosis and management.
