Hospitals and clinics providing Food intolerance screen

Food intolerance screening means testing for food allergies. If a food allergy is suspected, a small sample of the food is “applied” to the skin of the patient via the 'prick' method. The area is then monitored by an allergy specialist for any reaction such as itching, redness, irritation and swelling to determine whether the food is an allergy and if so, is treated accordingly. Naturopathy is an alternative treatment which tries to cure allergies.
